Empathy Series - Kindness@Work in the New Normal

SBF Foundation Empathy Series 2021

Taking place last Friday of every month from Jan 2021.
You will learn about disabilities, the strengths of people in need or what it takes to create kindness culture in the workplace and others.

Overview

Kindness@Work in the New Normal
As we move into Phase 3 and beyond, we are beginning to see some form of normalcy back in our lives. However, while more businesses are reopening and with more employees returning to the workplace, the way we live and work is vastly different than before.

Employees who work from home often find themselves working around the clock to signal their commitment and productivity. The resultant blurring of boundaries between work and home results in work stress and fatigue.

With these changes and challenges, how can employees maintain healthy boundaries between work and home, and improve their mental wellness in order to stay productive at work?

And how can leaders and business owners engage and communicate effectively with staff – and colleagues with each other – while adhering to safe distancing measures?
