This course aims to equip
participants with the knowledge and better understanding on distribution
channel in Southeast Asia (SEA) region. It is through distribution channel that
SEA businesses can deliver their products to customers.
Distribution channel overcomes the place barriers in delivering the
product.
Nowadays, being global is a must
and going international or even on a SEA level is a daunting task. In this course, you will not only learn the strategic importance of distribution
channel in SEA but to also design and manage these both on a SEA level. You
will understand what the main trends and tools that can be used to
better cope with the SEA distribution needs.
