The “Sustainability Supervision in Your Business and ESG Compliance: A Profit-Driven Yet Ethical Approach” workshop is an absolute hands-on application designed to help your corporate leaders and employees define, supervise, apply, and integrate real sustainability processes and solutions with clear objectives and To-Do List. This will enable you to 'do good, do right and do well’ by building sustainability and sustainable practices into the core of your business strategies and operations. This is a profit-driven, yet ethical approach preferred by investors and consumers today.


2-Day Workshop

This workshop will provide a practical approach and guide for incorporating ESG and sustainability into your business strategy. It will give you the knowledge and skills to build and operationalise a corporate culture of sustainability that embodies the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria. You will gain insights from industry leaders, case studies, discussions, and real-world practices of ESG integration. You will also gain an understanding of the financial impact of sustainability issues on your business and learn from success stories of sustainability solutions and best practices. This knowledge will equip you to develop your own opportunities to stay ahead in the race, generating not just development, but also profits, real savings, and sustainable progress.

The second day (in the afternoon) of the workshop is an educational tour. It will help you gain practical knowledge, enrich your understanding and experience, as well as strengthen creativity and skills in your areas of expertise for sustainable development.

Creating Green Economic Power in Your Business

Identify the sustainability opportunities that are most beneficial to your business revenues and savings.

Integrating ESG Criteria into Business Strategy and Multi-stakeholders Engagement

Develop (or review) sustainable development goals, principles, strategies, framework, and guidelines, and enhance your internal-and-external-stakeholder engagement.

Developing a Sustainability approach and enabling methodology relevant to Your Business

Build enablers, develop sustainability and ESG standards and guidelines that your corporate leaders and employees can relate to, own it, and rely on.

Job Redesign Reskilling all through building and connecting employees to sustainability with execution capabilities

Identify roles within your company which might adversely impacted by your sustainability strategies and develop a reskilling plan for these employees.

(Participant would need to complete an implementation plan after the training and submit to SBF to be eligible for the subsidy.)

Cultivating Sustainability and Implementing ESG and CSR Programmes

Develop initiatives and practical ways to implement ESG, sustainability, and CSR plans.


Pre-requisite

Participants need to have some prior knowledge of ESG before attending this workshop.

Trainer’s Profile

Jasmine is passionate about capacity-building for sustainability through influencing purpose-driven profit and inspiring quality of life. She has 22 years of experience in the sustainable development sector, working with public and private stakeholders. Jasmine has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from Yale University with a focus on the intersection of life sciences and social-behavioural sciences. She helps companies accelerate decarbonisation through bridging hardware (technology and data analytics) and heartware (cultivating ESG mindsets and habits). In this capacity, she employs a multidisciplinary approach, harnessing environmental science, business development, conservation genetics as well as social and behavioural insights, in particular emotional intelligence in negotiations, stakeholder networking, and strategic partnership development.
