
Course Summary
The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has introduced the Complementarity Assessment Framework (COMPASS), which introduces significant changes to the Employment Pass (EP) application and renewal process. This masterclass will help employers to understand the complexities of the COMPASS Framework and the new guidelines for the EP application and other work pass changes. Attendees will learn how to adapt to the changes brought about by the new policy framework and better manage their talent management and employment process. The masterclass will also provide a clinic session for attendees to consult with the HR and work pass specialists of Payrollserve to get their talent management questions clarified and receive personalised advice on navigating the new COMPASS Framework. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to network with other employers and HR professionals who are facing similar challenges and exchange valuable insights.

In her current role as a Senior Manager at Stone Forest, Priscillia provides strategic advice to clients on staffing needs and work pass management. She also has extensive experience in helping local and international clients with complex staffing needs and work pass management while ensuring that they are compliant with the regulation.
Jaclyn Cheng is an IHRP- Senior Professional certified advisor with over 10 years of experience in the full spectrum of human resources across various industries. She has experience and exposure across all HR functions, which include recruitment, employee life cycle, talent and performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, etc. She develops training plans and programs to upgrade and enhance staff’s skills and knowledge that cater to business needs. As a Manager of HR & Work Pass Services at Payrollserve, she provides advice to clients so to achieve their company’s objectives while mitigating any potential employment risks and complying with all employment regulations.
