EUSFTA – a Gateway to Investing in Poland


Wardynski & Partners, together with the Polish Investment and Trade Agency and the Singapore Business Federation, cordially invites you to a networking seminar.

The seminar will provide practical information about legal aspects of investing in Poland, particularly in the context of the recently ratified Free Trade and Investment Protection agreements between Singapore and the European Union, including:

  • Information about the Polish market and its prime sectors, Poland’s role within the EU and the general investment climate
  • State aid mechanisms available in Poland to new investors, particularly from creative and innovative sectors, such as IP Box and tax relief for R&D activity
  • Legal framework for protection of intellectual property rights (including trade secret protection) in Poland
  • Protection of foreign direct investments and dispute resolution mechanisms, both under the current Singapore-Poland Bilateral Investment Treaty and under the new Investment Protection Agreement between Singapore and the EU.
