As a part of Indonesia's government continuous improvement agenda, the Ministry of Finance has issued a Regulation No. 120/PMK.04/2017 concerning the Regulation on Export and Import on FTZ. The regulation has major impact on Batam which is considered as Free Trade Area. This dialogue session will present officials of the Ministry of Finance to disseminate this new regulation and to receive feedback thereon. The event will also discuss Indonesian Tax Regulation on Foreign Investment and others.
Participants in the Roundtable will be able to have a direct interaction with the Officials from the Ministry of Finance:-
- Receive updates and provide feedback on the latest regulation on FTZ (Batam) and Indonesian Regulation on Tax
