This session offers leaders and executives a unique perspective of how quickly mental scripts affect situational thinking as how cognitive bias impact the way people frame the world and communication with teams and organisation. They will understand better the effect of unconscious mental scripts that impact theirs and their team judgement & decision-making. They will also discover possible areas of their own fixed mindsets and realize potential areas of personal change and empowerment.

Participants will be introduced to the PINACLE Mind-stack™ to analyse mental movies, find the frame of reference and perspective, learn how mindset are formed and how to change from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. The importance of non-verbal communication as well as more empowering beliefs for better communication.


Programme Objectives

On completion of the programme, participants will be able to:


- Understand how mental movies affect our decision making
- Understand the influence of cognitive bias in an environment of ambiguity and change
- Using PINACLE MindStack™ as a tool for situational thinking
- Developing adaptability and flexibility in decision making using PINACLE MindStack
- Understand better what it takes to be an outstanding enterprise-wide leader

  • Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. No cancellation will be allowed upon registration, but attendance by a replacement delegate from your company is allowed. We regret that no refund and full fees will be charged for cancellation or non-attendance.

  • Confirmation of your registration will be emailed to your company upon receipt of full payment.
