We are always involved in situations that require negotiations, regardless at home or work. We negotiate all the time - with our family, friends, colleagues, managers, clients and suppliers. Nonetheless, we still feel uncomfortable in such situations, as it may involve unnecessary conflicts. How do we avoid this?

- Be equipped with the necessary tools, techniques and strategies required to be more confident and skillful in finding win-win situations & negotiate for better outcomes

Cidi is trained in the area of People Development in the UK. He possesses a Master of Science Degree in Training from the University of Leicester (UK). He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Administrative Management (UK). Cidi is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (UK) and is a member founder of the Institute of Leadership and Management (UK). He also holds Fellowship with the Institute of Administrative Management (UK).
Cidi is a DiSC® Certified Human Behaviour Analyst and an Accredited Administrator for the FIRO-B® and the MBTI® personality type profiling instruments. He is also a People Developer Consultant and WDA-ACTA Certified Trainer and Assessor.

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. No cancellation will be allowed upon registration, but attendance by a replacement delegate from your company is allowed. We regret that no refund and full fees will be charged for cancellation or non-attendance.
Confirmation of your registration will be emailed to your company upon receipt of full payment.
