Overview of Employment Law in Thailand (POSTPONED)

Thailand’s labour laws and regulations differ from other neighboring Asian countries including Singapore. Comparing to other countries in South East Asia, Thailand’s labour laws are rather highly developed and protective of employee's rights and benefits.  Labour cases are more likely to end in favour of employees.  Thailand’s employment laws include working conditions such as maximum work hours, holidays, sick leave, minimum wage and severance pay.
