This workshop wants to provide guidance to HR departments of companies in the regulatory framework under Myanmar laws governing employment and employee occupational health and safety in Myanmar. The trainer seeks to highlight critical issues underlying termination of employment contracts and will examine the new requirements under the safety and health laws. This workshop aims to be an interactive session which enables companies to engage with the trainer on real issues that may be encountered in doing business in Myanmar.
