This workshop focuses on understanding and evaluating contractual principles which will be critical throughout the life cycle of a contract - from formation up to termination. Not only will the participants be able to better understand the underlying principles governing a contract, they will learn how these principles relate to their everyday lives. Common myths which may lead to commercial disputes will also be addressed and dispelled. Real life cases and scenarios will also be shared to allow participants to better understand the commercial issues better.
