Overview

Employees are one of the main assets of a company and a harmonious employment relationship between the company and its employees would advance the performance of the company. This workshop provides an introduction on the regulatory and compliance aspects of employment issues in Indonesia. It will discuss matters pertaining to hiring and terminating employees and offer helpful advices on how to handle employment issues in Indonesia in order to create a harmonious employer-employee relationship.

Trainer Profile


Helena Adnan

Helena is one of the founding partners of Adnan Kelana Haryanto & Hermanto (AKHH) and has more than 25 years of experience. Helena’s areas of practice cover corporate/M&A, trade and investment, banking and finance, capital markets, employment, and intellectual property. She has worked on matters across a wide range of industries including real property, energy and natural resources, consumer chemicals, pharmaceutical and manufacturing. Helena is a member of the Association of Capital Market Legal Consultant (HKHPM), a licensed Intellectual Property Attorney (HAKI) and is also member of various Intellectual Property and Trademark Associations.


Reginald Aryadisa Dharma

Reginald joined AKHH in year 2010. His practice areas are in employment and dispute resolutions. He advises and represents local and foreign clients before Indonesian courts. Prior to joining AKHH, he worked in another corporate law firm in Jakarta where he was widely exposed to general corporate and M&A matters, in addition to employment and dispute resolutions.

  • Please create an account for registration if you do not have an existing account with Singapore Business Federation (SBF)
  • Upon registration, please make payment using Credit Card via online payment platform. Auto e-acknowledgement and invoice will be sent to your registered email.
  • No cancellation will be allowed upon registration but attendance by a replacement delegate from your company due to exigency could be facilitated. Please notify SBF of the change with at least 3 working days’ notice prior to event to enable logistical arrangements for the replacement.
  • Payments are required with registration and must be received prior the event to guarantee your place.
  • Participants will only be admitted if payment/proof of payment has been received prior to the event or on event day.
  • You will still be liable for the payment in the event of no-show on actual day of the event.
  • SBF reserves the right to cancel or make any adjustments to the event.
