Virtual Learning Series - Negotiation & Biz Decision-Making


Overview


This workshop aims to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills of negotiations and decision-making relevant to the different Southeast Asian markets. Participants will explore reasons why negotiation is present in every conversation and identify the critical components of effective styles and manoeuvring through it in everyday negotiations.

Current and aspiring managers and senior managers; professionals with over three years of experience who are working at or aspiring toward regional roles.

 

Trainer Profile

The course will be conducted by Ms. Tripta Singh, the founder of Learnosophy, and education and training start-up developing immersive learning experiences that embrace transformative learning. Tripta has diverse facilitation, training and business experience in Asia, primarily in China, India, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand. Some of her outstanding projects include the development and implementation of a corporate training programme rolled out for over 3,000 staff in Indonesia for CAS Group – a leading aviation logistic company in Asia. Tripta has successfully launched a wide range of online courses and trained over 4,000 university and young professionals in business communication skills and problem-solving. She is a charismatic trainer known for her articulate delivery and facilitation skills.




Administrative Details

  • Please create an account for registration if you do not have an existing account with SBF.
  • Upon registration, please make payment using Credit Card via online payment platform. Auto e-acknowledgement and invoice will be sent to your registered email.
  • No cancellation will be allowed upon registration, but attendance by a replacement delegate from your company due to exigency could be facilitated. Please notify SBF of the change with at least 3 working days’ notice prior to event to enable logistical arrangements for the replacement.
  • Payments are required with registration and must be received prior the event to guarantee your place.
  • Participants will only be admitted if payment/proof of payment has been received prior to the event or on event day.
  • You will still be liable for the payment in the event of no-show on actual day of the event.
  • Singapore Business Federation (SBF) reserves the right to cancel or make any adjustments to the event.
