The first series on “Essential skills for Managers” provides managers the “monitoring” capability to analyze Google Analytics reports. It introduces basic reports that should be monitored, progressing onto the development of these reports. With these information, managers will be more effective in monitoring the progress of your digital marketing team, in-house or outsourced.
