Most professionals spend about 20% of their time writing for business, particularly emails and letters. Thus, being able to write effectively and portray a professional image to the reader is a critical skill. In addition, they also spend a large amount of time delivering presentations everyday, whether it’s a five-minute conversation in a manager’s office or one-hour in front of 100 people. The effectiveness of both their writing and presentation could result in making or breaking a deal or request.
In this compact 1-day workshop, participants will learn how to improve their business writing, particularly emails and letters, as well as how to prepare, craft and deliver not just effective but powerful and professional presentations.

This workshop is open to all those who want to write and present powerfully, but is especially useful for managers, supervisors as well as professionals and executives.

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. No cancellation will be allowed upon registration, but attendance by a replacement delegate from your company is allowed. We regret that no refund and full fees will be charged for cancellation or non-attendance.
Confirmation of your registration will be emailed to your company upon receipt of full payment.
